- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - A NEW SONG FOR SPRINGTIME, LOTS OF SHOWS - Here's a new silly Montag song for Springtime on Vancouver's own Peppermill Records spring compilation. You're lucky the lyrics are in French because they're pretty silly - it's basically about global warming vs. the season of love or something like that. The deal is that the artists invited to participate have to write a song in less than a week... pretty fun. You can check their calendar to see who's tracks will be posted next! A lot of Montag shows will be confirmed soon - mainly in Canada. Stay tuned. |

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - MULTI-DISCIPLINARY ART PROJECT - Montag will be part of a collective art exhibition called The Hearing Eye. It's an initiative of Sébastien Cliche of the Clark Art Gallery in Montréal. It involves 7 visual artists and 7 musicians. The idea is that every visual artist is matched with a musician. They later have to create a piece that represents music parts that the musician will interpret to eventually create a music compostion. Visit the project's website for more information. The opening will take place on March 1st. |
